1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using any FTX Mission product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access, download, and print the plans for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post the materials.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund from the date of purchase, no questions asked. Email our support address and we'll refund you.
4. Military-Inspired, Not Official
FTX Mission is a civilian, military-inspired fitness system built from publicly available fitness standards and modern strength-and-conditioning principles. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any military branch, special operations unit, or government agency. Completing any plan does not constitute or imply any official qualification.
5. Health Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk
FTX Mission is general physical preparation, not medical advice. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any new exercise program. Exercise carries inherent risks; you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, illness, or loss arising from your use of these plans. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FTX Mission and its authors and distributors disclaim all liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage related to use of the program. The full safety and medical information is included in the Disclaimers document with your purchase.
6. Updates
You receive lifetime access to your purchased products, including future revisions, at no additional cost.
